Damages Directive Implementation
Overview
The Damages Directive is designed to make it easier for businesses and individuals to claim for compensation when they have been victims of a breach of European competition law.
The consultation sets out the UK Government's proposed approach to the relatively minor changes required to implement the Directive in the UK.
