BIS Digital Engagement skills survey June 2014
Overview
We’re interested to know more about the digital engagement skills within BIS. This new annual survey will help us develop training and help us to take forward steps in making us a more digital by default department. If you haven’t used digital tools at work, we’re especially interested to hear from you to get the most accurate picture of where we are as a department.
We want to be able to:
- Develop a baseline of the skills within the department and monitor progress over time;
- Establish the barriers to the Department becoming “digital by default” and again track their impact over time;
- Establish if there are particular groups where digital skills and experience are particularly strong;Showcase the use of our new consultation tool, CitizenSpace.
Only the questions in the “You and your skills” section are compulsory; the rest are optional, but again will give us a clearer picture of where we are in your department.
The online survey should only take you about 10 minutes to complete, and throughout we’ll give you some links to check out.
