Decommissioning offshore installations: revised derogation guidance
Overview
The Offshore Petroleum Regulator for Environment and Decommissioning (OPRED) invites views on draft supplementary guidance for the decommissioning of offshore oil and gas installations. This draft guidance has been revised following a consultation held in 2025 (see Decommissioning offshore installations: guidance and associated policy proposals - GOV.UK).
